GREASE TRAP MAINTENANCE

GREASE TRAPS AND THEIR PROBLEMS
The traditional method of maintaining grease traps has been by the periodic pumping of the waste. Unfortunately this procedure does nothing to stop the constant cycle of buildup that occurs. As waste flows through the pipes leaving layer after layer of oils and other wastes that hardens to the point that even the hydro-jetting service cannot remove them, the result is the need to replace the lines at a GREAT EXPENCE. During this time the operator finds he has an ongoing, and increasing problem in this area due to this process, which includes odors appearing from the large amount of buildup in these pipes. He ends up calling the plumber on a regular basis and ever increasing frequency as his cost sky rocket, and may even set up a schedule of quarterly, monthly or in some cases weekly Hydro-jetting services. Even though it does remove a lot of the immediate problem, it does not eliminate the continuing problems inherent to the system.

THE SOLUTION
The solution to this on going problem is the addition to the system the right and proper amounts of
Naturally Occurring Harmless Bacteria
these are found in NPI's Grease Eater Grease Trap Formula, using an automated machine to daily inject into the system the proper amount of microbe's to keep the waste from building up in the system this is done at the point of entry and because of their nature It will keep the mainline clean past the trap for about 500ft.

Most operations save a minimum of 20-30% of their previous costs!  In addition to the annual cost savings, there are less  interruptions to the business and the substantial reduction in the obnoxious (usually 95% or more) odors speak for themselves.
